Oesch Excavating has been a family owned business since 1960. Thomas Oesch is the current owner and has a true passion and drive with his work. He grew up learning about excavating from his father. He remembers working with the large equipment as a young child when his feet could barely touch the floor of the machines. Tom shows his expertise and experience in the quality work he produces as well as in the way he operates his company.
Tom has years of experience working on many different projects. One of the larger projects Tom had the opportunity to work on was Hurricane Katrina. He worked alongside the Army Corps of Engineers for two years. He managed 300 contractors, 800 trucks hauling 30,000 yards of dirt a day. During this time he worked with 17 crews working along 50 miles of interstate cleaning up debri. He also did extensive work with tree debris and demolition 100’s of houses.
Today Oesch Excavating operates over 20 machines, a quarry, and a team of experts ready to help you with any project of any size.
